Violence Behind Courtliness City

Emperor Hantei XXXVIII is on the Emerald Throne; Rokugan has been largely at peace for generations and even the forces of the Shadowlands have been quiet of late.

There is however one city, Toshi Ranbo, that is at the centre of a struggle between the Crane Clan who currently hold it and the Lion Clan who were defeated there in a surprise, and some would say dishonourable, attack two summers ago.

Law and order

One Emerald Magistrate and those who serve him have the duty of upholding The Emperor's law and maintaining the peace between the two warring factions. Not only that but in recent months there has been a worrying rise in Shadowlands activity, perhaps linked to the use of foul maho by a person or persons unknown. This is a threat that must be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

The Campaign

This site is a resource supporting a Legend of the Five Rings Role-Playing Game campaign that I run on Monday nights in a pub in West London. It's probably not of much interest to anyone but me (the GM) and my players but it's here anyway.

It's a wiki

In case you hadn't noticed, this site is a wiki which means that you, yes you, can add to and edit it you like. My players are obviously encouraged to add to this as it's really their game. However, if anyone else wants to add details to the site feel free but it should be pointed out that a) this isn't meant to be a general resource for L5r, there are better sites out there for that. b) My campaign has and will deviate from the canon storyline so please don't 'correct' my work on who does what and when.
